Magic Circle Against Evil says "10ft emanation from touched creature"

That means the spell effect can move, correct?

If so, Valentin will cast that on himself when we reach the island. With these nodes extending and perhaps amplifying the aboleth's abilities, I don't want to take chances with mind control.

The loot sheet is up to date, so take a look and claim what you want.

There were several good belts and a headband in that haul. I think some of them have been claimed though I am not positive.

Simon's belt and head slots are taken, but Valentin would appreciate any belt that is left. The rest of you should take the first choices though.

The Rod of Security is awesome! We're definitely keeping that (though it is likely of little import this late in the adventure).

I am claiming the Ring of Curing and Scroll of Resurrection for Valentin.

Doesn't look like the last loot split will be impressive (unless you guys all want to sell that Rod of Security). As you level up, make sure to specify what items you want to commission from the adamantine.

There's nothing there Terana needs and since the price of new weapons/armor would be prohibitive given how enchanted my current ones are, probably nothing from the adamantine either. A spare adamantine glaive wouldn't be terrible, but not urgent either.

Oh, stumbled on a spell that makes me really wish I'd gotten around to crafting a golem or two now. Summon Construct summons a construct you create to you. Would have been a lot of fun if I'd been able to build several different types of them.

Valentin gets access to 7th level spells but has a Wisdom of 16. :(

Looks like I'll need to trade in my current Headband of Alluring Charisma for a Wisdom boost.

When designing this character, I didn't actually think he would ever reach this level.

Question for the GM. My 6th level extract is going to be Transformation.

Transformation specifically makes it so that you can no longer cast spells. Would this affect my extracts?

If my infusion extracts can be ingested by people with no spell casting ability (ie. Victrix), it makes sense to me that I would also still be able to ingest them after Transforming.

The rest of the bad parts of this spell also have little impact as I can't use Spell Trigger or Completion items now (without UMD)


I believe you can still drink extracts while under the effects of transformation.

I realized that Valentin doesn't have a swim speed yet. So, I took the Ring of the Sea Strider. Put his Ring of Protection +2 into the loot sale.

I marked the Staff of Frost for Ema.

Selling everything else nets a 4 way split of 23,880. (The party fund is good, I don't think we need to add anything to it)

If nobody is crafting any Adamantine items, maybe we should sell that ore?

I'm going have Valentin's Headband of Alluring Charisma converted into a Headband of Mental Prowess, and I think that will be the end of my funds.

If we get any more, I am not sure what I would do with it.

If I polymorph into a creature that has a bite that inflicts acid damage, do my bites inflict acid damage?

It depends on the ability. I would think you should depending on the spell used.

It isn't an ability though, which is why I am not sure.

The bite of the Hungerer does 2d8+10/19–20/×4 plus 2d6 acid damage.

Monstrous Physique III is the spell I would use. I don't see anything in the spell description that talks about elemental damage from natural attacks.

Hero Lab doesn't list the acid damage (though it does list the wisdom drain which is surprising), so maybe not.
