Then a blinding flash of light as positive energy bleeds into the material plane, any of the party expecting a hound archon to step through are blown away when instead something else arrives. Call Celestial Ally:

At 8th level, a sacred servant can call upon her deity for aid, in the form of a powerful servant. This allows the sacred servant to cast lesser planar ally once per week as a spell-like ability without having to pay the material component cost or the servant (for reasonable tasks). At 12th level, this improves to planar ally and at 16th level, this improves to greater planar ally. The sacred servant's caster level for this effect is equal to her paladin level. This ability replaces aura of resolve.

Although the outer anti-chamber is dark, it seems like daylight when compared to the room Gerard is viewing.

Ha. Found an answer. Azreal casts HOLY SMITE at will. 4d8 damage (+50% swarms take extra damage from area spells) then 1/2 that if the swarm is neutral instead of evil. So, Azreal and Em fly and carry everyone above the swarm, them Azreal spams HOLY SMITE till it dies!

The hound's eyes widen a little as he sees the wave begin to rush upon them. By the Inheritors Grace his new form had weapons not previously available to him. He uses his innate ability to fly to rise 5feet into the air, putting him out of reach of the land based swarm. He then casts HOLY SMITE into the room, unconcerned for his allies since they were all of good intent and would not be harmed by the 20ft radius blast centered on the swarm.

Happy with that. Azreal knows the spell won't harm any good creature so sweet. He would drop it in the doorway.

Daniel feels the few nips that barely reached through the gaps I his fine armor. With Aurelio at the back and him backing up the rogue, he did what he k ew best and moved into the centre of the room and attacked the stinging annoyance.
