Gah! Don't take this as "I think you're wrong" because you never are, but where does it say you can't run over difficult terrain? I don't actually want to run, and screw up my AC at this point, but it'd be nice to know which big of the rulebook I'm completely missing ;)
Please move Camlo as far as a double move will take him towards the fog cloud.

I think this link has it - look for hampered movement from the Core Rulebook. Difficult terrain halves you speed.

Giants 1 and 4 attack Alwyn.
Giant 1
Attack 1: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 to hit, damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19
Attack 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 to hit, damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13
Giant 4
Attack 1: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13 to hit, damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16
Attack 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14 to hit, damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18
EDIT: Crit confirm on Alwyn. 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29 to confirm, extra damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (5) + 12 = 17

I was thinking about Illes moving up a little, and casting a silent image of Camlo sneaking around in the campsite.....anybody got any better ideas? It seems pretty neato but it doesn't feel very metal.
Hudak charging in feels pretty metal, but it's suicidal at this point.

Illes will struggle with something like that - he's too far away to get line of sight. In fact, he's a looong way away from the action right now. To save time, he can do a double move to get closer.
As Illes moves up, the giant who was befuddled by illusory Hudak moves into the open and angrily hefts a rock at the most obvious "wizard" - Alwyn with his wand of fire.
Giant 6 chucks a rock at Alwyn.
1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24 to hit, damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20
Alwyn.

Urk. I've taken too much damage to survive too much more of this. However, they'll keep hitting me faster than I can fix myself up. So...
Alwyn staggers forward, clearly worse for wear from the giants' rain of boulders. With a grimace, he points his greatsword at the closest cluster of giants, and the barren ground erups with spiky growths. "Illes, I could use a little help..."
I'm casting Wall of thorns. It covers the square with the corners in W28, W34, AB28 and AB34. The growths are 10' tall, so their heads may stck out, but good luck throwing anything through that mess. It should also play havoc with their line of sight and firing lanes. I then move to R18.

Yet more flying rocks hurtle in, one aimed at Vethran and the other at Alwyn. But their spells have caused other giants to falter in their attack
Giant 2 throws a rock at Alwyn and Vethran each.
Attack on Alwyn: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14 to hit, damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20
Attack on Vethran: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12 to hit, damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16
Meanwhile, Giant 5 will grope his way to safety and Giant 3 will try to get out of the Wall of Thorns. STR check 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
Camlo.

A giant throws one more rock at Alwyn, then ducks back out of sight. Another tries to escape Alwyn's conjured thorns.
Giant 4 chucks at rock at Alwyn, then pulls back.
1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 28 to hit, damage 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18
Giant 1 tries the STR check. 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20
Someone please take Illes' turn.

After our powwow in the discussion section...
"This is hopeless! Pull back the same way we came; I'll cover our retreat." Vethran casts a spell, but nothing much seems to happen...
He casts Wall of force from the AJ-AK 47-48 intersection to the AQ-AR 20-21 intersection. It can float in the air, so it starts 5' off the ground at the plateau level and has its top 15' off the ground. This should block thrown boulders and has the added benefit of being invisible. Hopefully the big lugs will waste a few rounds figuring out what's going on.
He then moves to L14.

"Don't be a fool, wild man. We retreat together." She has a movement rate currently, so you need not hold back for her. And Camlo's boots give him the same move. Let's go!
Doing what she can to use cover, the enchantress works her way down the slope, keeping an eye on her allies and wondering what Vethran had up his sleeve. The map is a pain on my phone, so I will happily accept someone else's suggestion of where she will end 30' of move.

On the Wall of Force - I don't really see how Vethran would have had line of sight to cast that given the slope and the rock pinacles in the way. Do you want to cast it somewhere he can see?
One of the giants yells something, and the others cheer and jeer. A few more rocks follow the retreating adventurers.
If you speak Giant:
