Benedetto |

On initative 17, Benedetto turns and, not even getting up out of his chair, attacks the nearest intruder with a mind thrust. He commits 3 power points, so it does 3d10 damage, that's 19 points, resisted by a Will save DC of 15.

Sorry for the delay – work is a bit heavy at the moment.
OK, A to H across the top, 1 to 10 down the side. The barroom is A-H/4-10, and A-H/1-3 is the street. The bar is at H6-10, and there are tables at A4, H4, C6, F6, B8, D9, F9 and A10. The door to the street is at E4, the door out the back is at E10. The first person to post (probably Shaggers based on the initiative order) can choose a table for everyone to be sitting round as the Wands burst in. A table and the bar are difficult terrain and you can jump on them to get the benefit of higher ground. The place is pretty deserted, so the only other NPCs are behind the bar. Andrei has disappeared again – we will assume he is taking a leak outside and misses the fight.
Initiative order:
Shagraat – 18
Benedetto – 17
Urthona – 11
Mirra – 10
Rayne – 7
Wands – 5
The wands are at E1, F1, D2, E2, F2, D3, E3, and F3.
As Benny has posted an action, we will have him go first in this round and then resume in initiative order.
The Wand standing in the doorway clamps his hands to the side of his head, his eyes roll up and he collapses, a thin stream of blood running from his nose.
Wand in E3 down. Now Shagraat.

Shagraat |

I'll throw together a map ASAP and post it. I'm assuming we were in the far corner, probably clustered around the tables at A10 and B7. Shagraat's starting location is A9.
Shagraat moves across the bar with blurring speed. He crouches behind the doorframe and waits for one of the wands to try to enter the bar.
35' of movement takes me to D4. I'll ready a stunning fist attack against the first creep to come through the door. Hopefully some combat reflexes can come in handy in this position.

Colvare |

Put Colvare at D10
Colvare finnishes the spell with the violent fist motion the others are coming to recognise. For the first time though, it is not just one small ball of fire that appears from the fist, but two, both flying unerringly at the man stood visible through the door.

Mirra d'Medani |

Starting in E9
Mirra watches the shifter dart forward and block the door. "Wait damn it. At least use one of the tables so we can shoot over it."
She quickly starts chanting arcane words concentrating over Urthona shoulder.
Casting Sleep on square E2 DC 15
Hopefully I can cast over him.

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Colvare's missiles pound into the Wand framed by the doorway, and he yelps in pain. Mirra's Sleep spell makes him sway, but he shakes his head to clear the somnolent impulse.
The Wands stand, swords in the their right hands and wands in their left. "Clear the shifter out of the way!" shouts the leader and three towards the back point their wands. Darts of force leap out and slam into Urthona's chest. Wanded by the guys in E1, F1 and F2. 3, 4 and 5 points of damage. The others press forward, using the more traditional method of attacking with sharp implements. E2 steps up to E1, the other stay where they are, and D1, E1 and F1 attack. The doorway provides a small amount of cover against the two on either side (-2 to hit). Two misses, one hit, 3 points of damage.

Fatespinner's Rayne |

Rayne stands up on a nearby chair to get a better angle of attack at the doorway before unleashing a blast of arcane fire over Urthona's head into the man that Colvare had stricken with his missiles.
Touch attack roll: 17 + 4 - 2 = 19. I have Precise Shot, so don't need to worry about hitting Urthona. Damage: 9.

Shagraat |

Aubrey, our coordinates are off somehow and I can't figure it out. The map is my best guess. Assuming here that I can attack at a -2 like the wands did, Shagraat will attack E3. d20 + 4 - 2 = 17. d6 + 2 = 3.
If for some reason I cannot attack, I'm just going to continue readying a stunning fist attack in case Urthona retreats and someone comes in the door.

Benedetto |

Benedetto gets to his feet and calmly walks to D6. From now on, even if he's just having dinner in a tavern or waling down the street, he's going to carry some sort of hand weapon. Right now, all he has is the ale stein, and he's still sipping from it.
Does he have line of sight to any of the Wands? Say, the fellow at F1?
If so, that man needs to make a Will save, DC 15, to avoid taking 19 hit points.
Benedetto is now close enough to Urthona so that the Ardent can drop his focus and take damage for him.

Colvare |

Sorry, it seems I did Colvares turn a little early last time....
Initiative order:
Shagraat – 18
Benedetto – 17
Colvare - 15
Urthona – 11
Mirra – 10
Rayne – 7
Wands – 5
Cursing the fact that everyone is now around the door, Colvare looks about for another exit, and seeing no windows goes for the Back door.
The plan is to get into a position where Burning Hands will be actually useful....

Assume you can attack - I'm not too slick in this particular combat, it has to be said, so on this occasion we'll ignore a few wonky coordinates.
Shagraat kicks out, landing a blow in the Wand's belly. You want to stun the guy?

One of the Wands gasps, clutching his head as a runnel of blood drips from his nose. However, he manages to stay upright.

I think a double move would get you out the back door, round and ready for a Burning Hands next round.
Urthona.

Urthona |

"You wanna take me down? Come and get me." Urthona snarls, his eyes go red. His sword leaps out against the one in front of him and he makes a small step to the side to free the entrance up. As he makes eye contact with Shagraat, Urthona winks an eye at him and grins.
Rage on (+6 HP), Attack the Wand in front of me, five foot step to the side (F4) to open up the entrance for the wands.

Put Colvare in H3 then...
Unless my coordinates are wrong, H3 is in the street.
That's the idea!
