Baird misses with his mighty fist by a fraction of an inch. Wyran has the same luck missing his attack. Boram slyly shanks a pick axe fighter with his dagger, she makes eye contact with the little man and tightens her grip. Barham's eagle flys down and tears at the other pick axe fighter painfully finishing him off. Even with the flanking ally Kivaras's claws cannot find their mark in the skilled fighter's armor. The retort of your enemies is quite pitiful, mostly due to blood loss on their part; both attacks swing widely.

I am just reminding you again that there are zombies killing nobles all around you and it is a scene of true chaos! Unless stated there will be no combat you can enter for this scenario. I am just stating this to light a fire under your butts and discourage you from resting and taking too much down time, people are dying!
What would you guys like to do?
The nobles around you look like they are going to flee, except for Sebastus Hustavan, he has found Boram to be his champion and will not leave the safety of his side.
Sebastus- Wonderful, wonderful, you have been honored to save me! How lucky for you! Now protect me until this little unfashionable tiff has been settled.
Recap- this is the noble that works for the emperor he is actually a snooty somebody. If the faction missions were still being used he is the key to several of them, and you would want to ensure his safety, not that anyone needed a reason to protect a pompous noble ;-)

Wyran looks around trying to get his bearing through the carnage.
"There is usually dressing rooms and the likes behind the stage is there not? Perhaps that would be the best place for us to go. Provides us with easily barricaded doors to protect these fine citizens, and a likely path to whomever is leading this vile massacre."

Sebastian- Keep up! You sir will protect me at my pace!

Also please PM me your email address you want the chronicle sheet sent to, just add "table two" to the header.
Wyran quickly opens up the two doors and notices they are vacant storage rooms with little advantage to hold up into.
The stairs are a wide and tall set of spiral steps that lead into the opera house's basement. The room is quite tall for a basement room and packed tightly with props from previous plays and operas. The room is lit with magic placed lamps through out. In the far end of the wall a tunnel has been excavated and more magic lamps light the way.
What do you do?

"Some... one has burrowed into the opera house!" Barham notes with surprise, observing the dug-out passage in the far wall.
"Of course, Wyran has the right of it, naturally" the halfling rambles, pausing to catch his breath from the extended bout of zombie-slaying. "It might be prudent, wouldn't you say, to take extra precautions before we venture forth? With only a minute, I might call back my companion, and he would be of great use in ensuring our safety."
If the group thinks it would be reasonable to take a minute to prepare, Barham will take that time to summon his eidolon. Otherwise, he'll make do with more eagles.

No one finds any traps in the basement or newly dug tunnels. Barham summons his special friend. The group starts to proceed down the tunnel.
Glistening with water, the slick walls and floor of these tunnels were recently carved from the thick bedrock beneath Oppara. Well lit by standing lamps, the tunnels stretch into an adjacent chamber, seemingly carved from the bedrock as well. However, the adjacent chamber is made of smooth walls, covered in strange glyphs, and also lit by the same standing lamps. At the center of that chamber stands a tall stone dais. In the middle of the dais is a huge boulder which, by all appearances, fell a great distance before crashing here. The boulder glows with an eerie green light.
On the Dias is a zombie, a pick axe fighter and a burly looking man chanting to the large boulder. The pick axe fighter notices you as you come around the corner. Boss we have company.
