stern: 1 large catapult dam 4d6 x2, of 2 slots total
Plunder rules:
You may have points of Plunder in the hold - see total above (a point of plunder is roughly 1,000 gold worth of cargo, or things you take. But not necessarily useful stuff. Crates of spoons and forks, salt, etc. Note, however, that the value of the plunder is affected by the size of the port of sale, as well as other things.
Broadside shooting rule:
: roll once for each shot in a broadside. BUT...if the broadside fires under one character's direction, each shot gains a benefit from her shooting and any reload skills.
If the cannon crews end up firing individually, a maximum of 1 cannon gets bonuses.
Also - first cannon shot of a battle gets an extra +2 to hit for anyone because it is the most carefully loaded. Thus has more consistent powder and tamping is more accurate.
