You head out rank and file into the dark forest following the trail of blood off the beaten path. As you venture deeper into forest, along the way you begin seeing old worked stones, ruins, rotten wooden buildings and huts, odd luminescent fungi growing and glowing brightly in the shady insides of the buildings. Small animals wandering around, you feel an odd though pleasant energy flowing throughout the area.

The group walks toward the ruined building following Bump, the inside of the building is dark, too dark to see without light. However in the doorway you all notice shattered porcelain bit's and pieces, Some have blood on them.

Looking inside the now lit building you know see more shattered porcelain along the floors. Placed and sitting along the walls you see dozens of small dolls, all seeming to be made of porcelain. A long since dead skeletal body shoved in the far corner of the room, a horrible stench emanates from it, you see fungus growing from the corpse.

Waits at the door, taking out a kind of medical mask from her medical kit and a small jar, she takes some Greece like substance and rubs it under her nose, then slips the mask over her lower face.

"The smell of death is always vexing, so what do we have, by the looks of it some evil looking mold, I would keep clear of that, air barn spores and such, odd looking dolls. lets see."

The one where a father buys his three young daughters each dolls with the money he got from killing an evil witch. Only to find out they where the witches creations, coming to life at night and killed the three unsuspecting children and thire mother while they slept. Father comes home, into the blood socked house, goes mad and forever more traits the three evil dolls as his three daughters.Grate tail, had the whole Inn on baited breath."

She stops and looks at the others,

"What? I like grim tails"

She says happily.

I'm just waiting for the trap checking before trying to go further :)

Bump looks at Rosalyn and sighs. The brawler would never get used to certain urbanisms - as much as he was young, he was forced to mature much earlier.

Very well. - says Bump, protecting his nose from breathing too close of the corpse, and pushing Sheeva behind him - We should investigate, then, I guess.

He pulls his weapon and shield, and approaches the dolls.

I saw something moving around here, though, so we're not alone.

Maria handles this the same way she crushes every obstacle in her way.

Violently: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20

Violent damage: 2d6 + 8 ⇒ (1, 5) + 8 = 14

She instead chooses to fire a small cluster of needle-like rocks at a doll chosen at random. As opposed to the normal massive stone.

In case it matters, Piercing damage, and a reminder the Kinetic blast counts as magic.

Bump was visibly shocked by Maria's engaging one of the dolls to attack it, but quickly tried to recompose himself and assume a defensive position, in case combat would break out somehow. At the end of the day, maybe it could be a good guess... Since those dolls were creepy anyway. He just signed Sheeva to stay on her toes.

as Maria attacks, five of the dolls begin to move with an odd grace. one of them catching the rocky spike loses it's arm but is still standing

they each draw daggers and move as if to attack and kill you
