Realize I missed the formal recruitment, but if you'd like 1 more (taking your party to 6), I would be happy to put forward a Halfling Cleric of Brandaboris (Halfling God of Misadventure), who'd been drawn into the Mists from Faerun. That's it: a street urchin with a heart of 'sullied' gold who picked the wrong pocket, and before you knew it, the back alleys of Waterdeep's South Ward had given way to the gloom of Paridon.
Mechanically, he'd lend the group some divine power and a healer, two useful things in the terrifying reality of the dread domains. Fluffwise he would be a quick-witted rascal, trying to hold strong against the overwhelming gloom of Ravenloft.
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 3, 2) = 16 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 4, 3) = 14 = 11
4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 1, 5) = 16 = 15
4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 4, 5) = 19 = 15
4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 1, 6) = 19 = 18
4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 5, 4) = 16 = 14
...I hope the Mists have claimed one more. I await your response anxiously.

What about the pantheon?
EDIT: Ooooh, you know, I had a concept for a Pathfinder game I ended up not playing in; maybe I can convert him to 5E. He was a magus, so I might be able to swing a fighter1/warlockX build, maybe? He'd be human, with a backstory that he likes to travel the world, meeting new people and collecting souvenirs. Being a traveler would probably make it easy to get him into the campaign, I imagine. How does that sound? I probably couldn't work on the conversion (or any character building, actually) until the weekend, but if you want to get a better idea of the concept, his Pathfinder self is HERE.
EDIT2: Oh, I guess you'll have to look at that alias's post history for the description; looks like only his stats ended up in the profile. Still, his personality is reflected in his starting gear as well (Tien armor, a Varisian scarf, Osirian tepache, etc).

Sure, the Mists pull the unwitting in from any and all lands.

I'm noticing the fighter only gives either light or heavy armor to start, but I kind of picture this guy in medium armor. Mind if I switch out?
EDIT: Also, are trinkets in play? If so: Trinket: 1d100 ⇒ 68 A 1-inch cube, each side painted a different color.
EDIT2: I feel like I'm asking a lot of questions, but how would you feel about a custom "Traveler" background? Outlander is a bit too nature-ish, and there's not much else in that vein...

Hmmm. I suppose then the answer is yes, as I took this game over for the old DM had completely forgotten about that. I don't think one has been fired in game yet.
That's a yes to guns then. :-)
Jiggy go ahead and switch out the armor.
Sure do the Traveler mix and let's see what you come up with.
