Your order had an estimated 40 business days in transit to you and should have arrived by now. So it sounds like it is lost in the post. I have set up a replacement for you which should be on its way soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation. Please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made.

Can't we do anything to be sure it won't get lost again?

Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, we do not have tracking information available for international orders unless they are shipped out via UPS International. I would say when it gets close to the arrival time, check in with your local post office or customs office to see if they can help you locate it. If it still doesn't show up, just let us know and we'll see what we can do.
