Context: I made this video the night that we finished Rise of the Runelords. It takes place at the final fight. I had shared it among my friends and had privated it a while ago. I just so happened to watch it again and it gave me chuckle. I figured maybe some other players would find it amusing so here it is.

Major Rise of the Runelords Endgame Spoiler!:

defeat any of the images, thereby lowering K-Dawg's caster level and thus the damage from his wail? Or take any number of high-level preparations to avoid getting smacked down by K's first big spell? How did they make it through Runeforge, K-Dawg's apprentice, and other high-level casters?

Regardless, an epic (if brief) ending to a legendary campaign.

The problem is that the bluff check worked, he really, really wanted those doors. A lot. He also is not the type to -pay- for what he wants, he just takes it, claims it even.

I mean, don't get me wrong, it still would have been a crapton of damage. Unless you know it's coming, it's a difficult spell to defend against even when the caster doesn't have stupidly high save DCs.
