Hey there. I made an order for some WizKids deep cuts miniatures back on March 12th. A purchase payment came through yet the order is still showing as pending. Worse yet, I just got a "Purchase Reversal" from Paizo = to the amount of that order today. Is there a problem with the order?

Hello Dire,

We are still waiting for one of the miniatures, the 2 wheel cart, to get to us from the supplier. It is past our estimate so I don't have an estimate to give you. If you'd like I can separate it out to its own order so everything else can get going. Otherwise the order will ship as soon as it arrives.

We don't charge for anything until it ships. What you were seeing was the authorization, which has expired.
