• Begin Shipping Estimate: Monday, March 19th

• Street Date for Comics: Wednesday, March 21st
  

If you have both monthly and off-schedule subscriptions, you can select what to do with any non-subscription items you put into your sidecart.
You can ship any non-subscription items with the earliest possible subscription shipment or with your subscriptions that have products releasing with the monthly Paizo published new releases.
You can make this choice from your My Subscription page.
Remember, once we create a subscription order, if you still want to add items, make sure you choose to add items to the specific order that has been created.
Adding them to the sidecart after we have run our order creation process means they will wait until the next shipment based on your subscription settings.

If you have chosen to "hold for monthly paizo shipment" for your comics subscription, you should see your comic appear in next month’s subscription shipment (estimated creation date April 5th).

Hey folks,

We started running the order generation process toward the end of the day today, and it seems we've run into an issue with it. We have stopped the report for now and are going to do some investigation in the morning to see if we can get it to cooperate.

If you have your comic subscription set to "ship items from this shipment once a month" but it has generated into a separate order, please let us know the order number in this thread and we can manually move it back to the sidecart for you. If it generated into your pending monthly subscription order and you would like it moved back to your sidecart, please also let us know the order number and we will take care of it for you.

If you have your subscription set to "ship items from this subscription as soon as possible (May ship off-schedule releases from Paizo monthly releases)" then your subscription should generate a separate order.

Thank you for your patience, everybody! I've started the machine chuggin' along again, so hopefully it should be able to get through everybody this time. Just let us know if you see anything that looks off, and we'll be glad to investigate.
