I’ve sent an e-mail (with photo) to Paizo’s Customer Service e-mail about my freshly broken binding in the hopes I can get a better response than I have from Amazon (where I purchased the book... prior to signing up for all the subscriptions here after confirming my love for the game) now that my return window has closed. Is that an appropriate use of my efforts, or should I be figuring out how to lean on Amazon (any helpful hints would be appreciated in that case)?

Thanks,
-Jason

I too would be interested in the correct process to go about getting a replacement core book. I purchased the Core rulebook from an LGS in the Henderson, Nevada Area before returning home to Arizona. Unfortunately, before we actually crossed state lines my binding had separated from its pages (we're talking a matter of an hour, tops.) Should I try to chase down a return and replacement from the LGS? or should I be reaching out to Paizo?

If you've contacted Amazon and they are not able to help you, then emailing us is the next appropriate step.
