Variant Draconic Bloodlines and Dragon Disciple's Dragon Form

I have a PFS character that will be taking levels as a Dragon Disciple. I'm hoping to play seeker-level content with him to maximize the number of levels I can go into DD within PFS, since the earliest I can go DD is character level 6.
However, due to Legacy of Dragons not having any specific language to update the PrC, I can't take a variant draconic bloodline (Imperial, esoteric, etc) and still be able to use DD's Dragon Form ability within the confines of PFS- the PrC specifically says the ability works as Form of the Dragon I, and I must take the form of the dragon bloodline I chose.
It's a really easy fix in a home game, but a frustrating block for PFS for those with the variant bloodlines. Legacy of Dragons could have had one line in it that says something along the lines of "The Dragon Disciple's Dragon Form allows her to take the form of any variant dragon form, as per Form of the Exotic Dragon I, if she has that bloodline" or something similar.
Is there any way we can get an official say on this, to make it PFS legal?

Definitely link this thread in the Compilation of Campaign Clarification requests. It would be pretty a pretty easy addition.

If it ends up coming up in a game, you may have to work it out with your GM on how they interpret it. I expect many would allow the substitute spell.

I'll be going Dragon Disciple with the Imperial(sovereign) bloodline. So, a definitive answer would be great.
