My monthly subscription order for July is very odd. It has just about every Starfinder product in it, but in a cancelled status.

There is a display issue with some of the Starfinder items. If you had pre orders that were cancelled when you started a subscription those cancelled pre orders are appearing on your July confirmation email. The Starfinder books release in August so they should ship out along with next months subscription order.
