Using other modules in RotRl? *minor spoilers*

I am looking forward to finally running this awesome AP. I was wondering if anyone ran any other published modules or scenarios in the travel sections of this AP.

For example, the treks to Hook Mt, Jorgenfist, Runeforge and Xin-Shalast are all, long, overland journeys. Did anyone insert another published adventure in these journeys?

Even if you haven't, are there any modules you have played that you think would fit in these parts?

By the time the PCs get to a level where they're travelling to Jorgenfist, they likely have teleport or similar high-powered options available. Long overland journeys are unlikely to happen (unless, as with Xin-Shalast, the adventure goes out of its way to force the overland journey).
