The items were indicated as 'in stock' when the order was placed on Monday.
Order was placed on Monday due to concerns for having maps for running scenario at local convention in three weeks, is there anything that needs to be done on my end to expedite this order?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look at your order, and everything seems to be just fine. Both items are in stock, and everything should be ready to go. It just looks like our warehouse has not yet reached it in their shipping queue. They've just started sending out subscriptions this week, so they have been a bit busier.
Once they've reached the order, however, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. It shouldn't be too much longer now! :) Just let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be happy to help out.
