Problem with Orders #4111690 and Paizo Order #4136218

Hi, the two orders have not yet been delivered, even though they were shipped in November and December.

I have receiver yesterday Order #4165976, which was shipped in late January, so I guess there must have been some sort of problem with the previous orders.

I know international deliveries are more difficult to handle, but try to give me update if something happened. I have not received any notifications from the Customs Office this time, but in the past they have some times requested me to pick the packages in their office.

I'm sorry to hear that those orders haven't arrived yet! It looks like the both should have made it by now.

They haven't been returned to us (though it's probably a bit to soon to tell if they have been). International returns can take awhile to make it back our way.

Before we set up replacements, you please double check your shipping address and make sure that everything is entered/formatted correctly? Or let us know if there are any changes that could be made to make the formatting work better? If any changes need to be made, please send those to us via email at customer.service@paizo.com.
