Why has my Strange Aeons 5of6 still not shipped? Also PFB sub cancellation request

Something has been really wrong with my subscriptions since late last year.

I'm not sure what's wrong, but I can't get a subscription to ship without contacting support and it really defeats the purpose.

I do see that the site still thinks I have a pending order from ages ago, maybe clearing that out would help?

Also please cancel my pathfinder battle sub, I'll renew once money is a bit less tight.

Thanks for letting us know! I've canceled your Battles subscription, and you should have received a confirmation email for that just a little bit ago.

I've also looked into your account, and while I cannot see why the subscription keeps sticking, I have cleared out the old order in the hopes that it will help to move things along next month. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused!

I've now generated both of the missing books into your sidecart, and they should be ready to go with your next subscription shipment. If you'd like them sent to you now instead of waiting, just let me know and I can make that happen.

Otherwise, you should be all set! Please don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else I can help out with in the meantime.
