I am building a shadowcaster wizard and i just wonder: Do the shadowcaster have to worship Zon kuthon?
I can't find any prerequisites for shadowcaster.
The fluff text in Inner Sea Magic establishes shadowcasters as being "trained in the dark mysteries of Nidal’s Umbral Court
and its Kuthonite dogma" which would suggest that the must be both from Nidal and worship Zon Kuthon. However, it does not list either of those things as prerequisites so your GM might be willing to let you rework the fluff accordingly.

If it is not a prerequisite it is not required. Fluff is fluff not crunch.
Take false focus as an example fluff says priests of razimir use it to trick people. The only prerequisite is casting spells and knowledge religion one rank.
The answer is No.
