Hi,

I placed my first ever order with you guys last Wednesday. The order status is still on pending, I double checked the availability of the product again today and it still states that it is available. I was just wondering what the hold up is on this order.

FYI - bumping it actually usually makes it take longer to get a response, as we generally work from the older posts to the newest posts.

Your order looks like it should be fine. This item has a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 1 to 7 business days. This means that we have it available and it will ship as soon as the warehouse gets to it in the shipping queue (how long that takes can vary depending on the volume of orders being processed). Business days do not include weekends and holidays, so the 1 to 7 business day estimate would normally put it shipping anytime between January 12th and January 23rd.

If the payment authorization expires before then, it's not generally a problem - the warehouse will just reauthorize and finalize the payment at the same time when they ship the order. More information about authorizations and payments can be found here:

Thanks for the response and all the information, and as for the bumping like I said this is my first order with you guys so I wasn't sure how it worked. I just wasn't sure if the authorization expired then the order itself would also expire and I'd have to re-order the item.
