Hi Paizo, happy new year! I was checking on my order, which was placed in early November, as it hadn't arrived. I see that it's pending because one item is unavailable. Can this item be removed so the rest can proceed?

Thanks for your inquiry! I'm sorry to see that hasn't shipped yet.

It looks like we have been having trouble wrangling all 7 of the item d8 Die: Opaque Red/White from suppliers. We have been able to get 4 so far.

I have changed that to 4, so the order should be able to ship now. You should get an updated order confirmation email. We'll get that on the way as soon as we can.
