Hi. I'm sorry to bother, but would it be possible to cancel this order (minus the digital resource that already charged to my card that I already downloaded)?
I guess I had been hoping for this order to ship some time closer to the front end of the "1 to 7 business days" since it was after most of the holidays and everything was in stock when I clicked "place order", and at this juncture, the person to whom some of this would have been given will be out of the country by the time anything arrives here.
Thanks very much if this can be done, but I will understand if it can't.

Thank you for letting us know! I'm very sorry to hear that the order didn't ship in the time frame you expected - it looks like we were still waiting for the Roman d4 Die to reach our warehouse, which is why the order was held up.
I have now canceled everything in the order (except the PDF you mentioned), and will be sending you an updated confirmation email. Since the dice were the only things that were not available, please let me know if you would like to reinstate any of the other items, and I should be able to do so. Otherwise, you should be all set!
