Hello! I was informed that this is an issue that can only be resolved by Customer Service, and so here I am.
Two of the characters from a recent PFC game (...one of them mine) are apparently marked as "RPG" characters when both are actually "PFC" (core) characters:

Would it be possible to have them reset back to PFC so they can be reported without errors going forward?

Switching characters is not something customer service can do. You will want to email pfsreportingerrors@paizo.com and they should be able to get you all sorted out.
