Website Feedback

So I went into my downloads page recently, checking for updates, to see the above message for one of my purchases. I did a search on the phrase, and it mostly seems to come up for PDFs that aren't ready for download yet. However, the PDF in question has been in my download box since 2012. Furthermore, the PDF's buy page no longer exists.

So I have two things to say about this:

First, I tried downloading the PDF from my downloads page anyway, and succeeded. So either the message itself is an error, or the method to remove the PDF from my downloads page is not working.

Second, I would like assurance that it is a message error. I don't want to believe that Paizo would attempt to remove any of my purchases unless there were criminal conditions.

By luck, I did see the last reviews for the PDF in the reviews feed, before it was taken down. From there, I also saw the last comments in the product's discussion thread (after a mod had closed the thread and removed some posts). So I can guess why the buy page was removed. Without going into the controversy, I'll say that I respect Paizo's decision about what it makes available in its store. The company has an image to consider, and a wide breadth of personalities it appeals to, so sensitivity and caution in certain topics is to be expected.

However, the idea that something I have purchased from the Paizo store might be taken from me without recompense, or even a warning, is a concern I have as a customer. When the Thanksgiving break is over, I would appreciate anything you could do to put that fear to rest.

Thank you kindly.
