It looks like this is your subscription order. We are currently still in the middle of shipping this month's subscriptions, so it looks like our warehouse has just not gotten to yours in the queue yet. It is on a packing list, which means that it's in the batch that they are currently working on. However, the batches can be quite large, so there's no telling exactly when it will be finished processed for shipping.

In the case of subscriptions, we generate them all within the same one or two days, and then generally allow a two week period to get everything shipped out. We started shipping this round of subscriptions on Monday the 31st, so we're not quite through week two yet. If you're ever curious about our subscription shipping window, we post a new thread every month with details on it.
