Hezrou Nausea Ability-when does a new save happen?

Here's the ability in question

Nausea (Ex) The noxious vapors and foul fluids that constantly weep and seethe from a hezrou's body are particularly heinous to those the creature grapples. Each round a creature is grappled by a hezrou, the grappled foe must make a DC 24 Fortitude save to avoid becoming nauseated. A creature nauseated in this manner remains nauseated until he succeeds on a DC 24 Fortitude save, or until a minute has passed during which he is not grappled by the hezrou, whichever condition comes first. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Under what circumstances does a character nauseated by a hezrou get a new save?

Does a Nauseated character who gets released remain from the hezrou's grapple remain Nauseated for a full minute without further saves?

Does a Nauseated character who gets released and then re-grappled get a new save to avoid remaining Nauseated?

1) A character gets a new save each round they're grappled by the Hezrou.
2) Yes, if they failed the save (unless someone removes the condition before). I'm not sure about that one, the character might get a new save each round.
3) Yes, because being grappled triggers a save, and succeeding on that save stops any ongoing nausea from the Hezrou's grapple.

The character only gets saves to avoid becoming nauseated while grappled, not to end the nauseated condition.

See above. If you are nauseated from the ability, you do not get a new save to end the nausea. As written, being grappling by a hezrou only triggers a save if you are not nauseated, it does not grant a new save to end the condition.
