Possible rules conflict between Ultimate Campaign System and Kingmaker AP

I need a simple answer to this issue. My DM doesn´t have the time availability to go through UC and the AP in advance. So the straight forward question is:

If our group uses the Kingdom Building rules on UC, will there be a clash with an event, mechanic, whatever, in the future with how things are handled in the Kingmaker Adventure Path.

***Important clarification. I understand the rules are different. That´s the point of the question. The real interest of the question is, if the UC system will clash with what is written on the AP, not the rules.

The rules from UCam are an update to the AP rules.
The only thing that changes are the mechanics, nothing else. So no, it won't affect the storyline or roleplaying.
