Question on Koruvus in Catacombs of Wrath

The stat block lists three types of weapons it has with it but it doesnt say if it has three arms. since its mutated i assume it does so can it attack with all three attacks with the normal penalties or is it stuck to one attack? Thanks for the help.

It's not spelled out, but yes, Koruvus has three arms—see the picture. Not that he is also of Medium size. The stat block is adjusted for one primary and two secondary attacks calculated with the Two-Weapon Fighting feat. He can make all three attacks with a full-attack. Note also that if he makes just one attack, his attack bonus should be better by +2, since he doesn't take the two-weapon fighing penalty then.

Thanks for the clarification. Do i need to add the two weapon fighting penalties to its rolls or is it already caclculated when it lists the weapons?
