Transaction reversed?

I I noticed this morning that there is a new transaction in my bank account returning the price of my recent order 4068939. Was there something wrong? I received no communication from paizo, and my downloads still shows the pdf I bought as available. Will my debit card be getting charged again?

Hello ZanThrax,

The first time you attempted to place the order your card was declined due to failing the address verification system. This attempt likely opened an authorization though, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined this authorization could not be finalized. If not finalized authorizations expire. On your end this whole process may look like a pending transaction that then just disappears.

You fixed the address and your second attempt to place the order went through successfully. That did complete and you were charged.

I just checked again and now I see two payment transactions and one refund transaction, so all is as it should be.
