Trying to place an order that will be picked up a Paizo employee

Trying to buy the faction pins which will be collected by Tonya Woldridge, organised Play Co-ordinator for when she is coming to the UK for paizocon UK (22-24 July)

Can't see an obvious way to set that up - How do I do this ?

I would recommend setting it as "gift" order to go to her. You should be able find our address on the Contact Us page. Set it to ship to her at the Paizo address (which should result in it saying "hand delivery" so it won't charge you a shipping fee).

I think that worked as I have an email confirming Order number 4005091 but with a status 'Pending'.

Looks like it's good. You should get a "shipping" confirmation email when the warehouse processes it.
