Familiar and Spell-Sharing collar.

Hello thank for the help. When a character and his familiar have the spell-Sharing collar, his hamiliar can cast a personal spell and transfer it to his character?

Normally, the character can cast spells and share the spell with their familiar. The intended use of the collar is to allow OTHER people to cast spells and also share them with the familiar wearing the collar.

Whether a familiar that could somehow cast spells itself could then share those with their bonded character and/or bonded collar wearers isn't something the rules really contemplate and thus would be likely to vary by GM.
