Anti-Paladin and NPC help

I love the artwork for Pathfinders Anti-Paladin, however I can't seem to find an official write up for his stats. Anyone know where I can find it? I'd love to bring him in as an interesting NPC. Preferably around 12th to 15th level.

There are no official stats, as he's not an official iconic.

You'll just need to make some up.
