Can anyone share a full list of Partial Casters for both Arcane and Divine? Or know where such a list has already been compiled?
I'm open to classes from previous editions (3.5 specifically or 3rd party material not part of the OGL). What I'm really looking for are classes that cap spell casting to level 6 but supplement this with additional class features.
So far here is what I've got:

Mesmerist, Occultist, and Spiritualist are psychic, not arcane or divine.
And you left out the Medium, which is a psychic 1/2 caster and can count as either an arcane or divine partial caster if channeling the proper spirit.
