Urban Bloodrager and twisted sister

Silly name aside The urban bloodrager's bloodrage doesn't incur the penalties to AC, but if you go with the Abyssal bloodline at 12th level you get an increase to the bonus to strength by +2 but the AC minus, that a normal bloodrager has increases to -4...so my question is how does this work with the Urban Bloodrager

Uncertain case, but i would rule to change the "takes no penalties to AC" to "takes a –0 penalty to Armor Class".

This way you can increase the penalty from -0 to -2.
Also my call yould be that the controlled rage stats could still be applied freely, but the abyssal extra strength would stay that, strength.

Urban says no penalty, so there's no penalty. Funny that you care about a retirement-level modification for a PFS character, but rules are rules, after all.
