Okay all you fun fellow GMs, which of the other continents of Golarion have you fleshed out and what twists have you written up for each?

In my case, did Arcadia. I will adapt it to Distant Shores, but it should be fun...

I made the Shory flee to Sarusan and blend the Aeromantic Infandibulum with the dream magics that the natives have. They rebuilt Kho and it exists partially within the Dimension of Dreams.

I had a party in the Kelesh Capital drink the city dry because of magical nondrunkedness, then take on a merfolk cult of Dagon just off the coast. In this scenario, the unknown Kelesh Capital was coastal, and I called it Karsa.

In Iobaria, there is a clan of space faring mages who's landing on Golarion actually caused the population control disease ravaging the country. Probably nanites, but not really fleshed that out.
