Converting all 3.0 / 3.5 Dungeons and Dragons Spells?

Has anyone tried to convert all the spells from 3rd edition and 3.5 edition Dungeons and Dragons to Pathfinder rules? I certainly wouldn't mind gaining access to spells like acid breath, sound lance, obedient avalanche, or chain contingency. :D

What conversion do you think would be neccessary? They can almost all work as written, but in some cases it would be smart to change the spell level or tone back the potency.

I know one thing that would be useful to me would be for someone to suggest spell levels for the non-Core casters.

I agree, that would be useful.
