So I don't understand anything about the math involved in this order.

The normal product prices seem to add up fine and I seem to be getting the correct product, other than that I am greatly confused.

- Why is my order once again being split into two shipments with the increased shipping cost that entails?
- How does $89.71+$12.93 = 118.76?
- Why am I getting the $10 off shipping credit when I'm not getting that much stuff?
- Why is my preauthorization $39.77?

After last month's debacle, I am very suspicious of the seeming irregularities of this order.

Hi Undead Dan,

It looks like the system is having a hard time calculating/displaying the free shipping for the replacement Monster Codex box (like, it's not display the costs associated with the replacement item on your side). I'm adding that to the list of things for the tech team to take a look at.

I've made a slight change to the order as a short term fix to make it display less confusingly. You should get an updated order confirmation email.

As for the authorization, sometimes the system just authorizes a partial amount to make sure the card is working.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't upset or anything, merely confused. I have never had an issue with Paizo customer service. I just wanted to throw up a red flag in case this is some sort of larger issue. Which it seems to be.
