could you please change the credit card used to pay for this two pending orders and for all upcoming subscriptions order as well?. The card currently used is the one terminating with 9714; the one that I would like to use ends with 2364.
I tried to do this myself, but I was unable to. It is possible to update the card with a different address and a different expiration date, but I was unable to figure out how to switch cards in an order.

No problem. The system can be very resistant to updating pending orders from your end. I have shifted your default payment method for new orders, as well as the payment method on your pending orders to the new payment method.
You should soon receive an updated confirmation email for the physical order, and you can now find the digital assets on your account. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
