I don't normally purchase hard covers on line, but new occult book seemed like a fab book to add into my collection. I have ordered #3668901 the hardcover a T-shirt & a massager bag the system has pending in the status bar. Its been like that for a few weeks. Some thing I need to do to assist.

Hello Bruno,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that it's still pending because we are still waiting to receive more of the Core Rulebook T-Shirts from our distributor. Since our shirts are custom-ordered, they can sometimes take quite a while to reach us, and their estimated arrival date is any time within 15 - 45 business days to reach us.

Since the rest of the order is waiting on the shirt, it won't be shipped out until we receive it. If you'd prefer, I can cancel the shirt or move it into a separate order so that it can be sent on it's own, and the other two items can go right away. Please reply to let me know what you'd prefer and I can take care of that right away.

If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, don't hesitate to ask and I'll be more than happy to assist you.

Yeah that would be fab if you could do that. I was just kind of excited about the book & bag, (sad right)I just figured I would ask. Thanks if you could send the 2 and put the T-shirt on Back order Thanks Again Mate. I will put another prawn on the BBQ for ya.

Hi Bruno,

Great! I've moved the shirt into it's own order (#3699304) and I'll send you a confirmation email for that in just a moment. Once the shirt comes in, the order should be sent out automatically.

As for the original order (#3668901), everything now looks good to go and I've let the warehouse know to ship it as soon as they are able. Once it's been processed, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know.

P.S. Thanks for the prawns! They'd probably be bad by the time it took me to get to Australia, so I hope someone enjoyed them for me. :)
