Ok, I know what many of you are probably thinking... another homebrew priest class? Yeah, but I honestly tried making this class quite not as "clericy" as the other homebrew priest classes.
As with most other homebrew priest classes, the Devout Priest class has lesser BAB, fewer weapons and armor, more spells, etc., but what I tried doing was making it more role-play, give it the "feel" of playing a true holy (or unholy) man.
Something else I have found lacking in many priest classes is support for having a holy place of worship for followers once they become a high priest. I'd like to think most high priests would have such a place, so I tried adding that aspect without trying to overpower the class.
Please take a look at it, and let me know if it's too weak, too powerful, and any modifications I should make!

You forgot to include Religion and Planes in your list of class skills. The domain skill section is probably unneccessary because this information is already detailed in the domain itself.
His Will save at level 1 should be +2.
Adding his level to Religion and Planes checks seems really high. I think adding 1/2 level would be more appropriate.
I like the holy symbol bond, but I would do away with the part requiring a concentration check if he doesn't have his holy symbol. Some spells cannot be cast without a holy symbol at all, and some spell do not require a holy symbol. Its an unneccessary complication.
I would ditch the leadership feat. It is already available at 7th level character to anyone who wants it. Some GMs won't allow the feat anyways.
I would also ditch Augury as a 1/week ability. By the time the priest gains this ability, he can probably already cast five spells of that level per day, and he also has access to higher level spells. Same goes for divination 1/week.
I don't care for the high priest ability either. Sorry! This kind of write up was the norm in 1st and 2nd edition, but it seems outdated to me now. This is the level of detail a GM should be working out with his player on a case by case basis, not a templete for every priest. What if my neutral priest only wants a shrine for his travel god? What if my priest doesn't want living quarters on the 2nd floor because he really wants a sprawling single-level complex? Also, if we're keeping track of the number of coppers collected from commoners, we're probably not going on aadventures to save the world, etc.
