After taking a look at your account, it seems that your subscription order may have been lost in the hiccup that happened with our website last night. I could not find the subscription on there, and the order number does not seen to be correct.
Since everything is up and running again, I would try to start the subscription one more time to see if it sticks. If you get the order to go through, then you should be all set. If you try again and it still doesn't work, then let me know and I will do some further investigating to see what's going on with it.
