Items in your sidecart ship out with your next subscription shipment. Since there was no Adventure Path now in March (it was delayed to April due to the dockworkers strikes) there was no subscription order for you this month for them to go with. I can set them to all ship out right away if you would like, otherwise they will wait to ship out in April when your next subscription order goes out.
