I was looking for any source material that covers Tien, particularly the Dtang Ma area. I've been wanting to include the homeland of the students for some of my campaign's "Field Trips" to their homelands so the other students can learn cultural things.
I have the inner sea world guide which is great for that region, but the Tien area is completely somewhere else and I have little info on it other than a paragraph or two about the country on a wiki page.
Is there a resource that has... I dunno, MORE information than that?

Dragon Empires Gazetteer, and to a lesser extent Dragon Empires Primer, would likely be your best bets.
Still not too much to go on, but so far as I know, those would be the most useful resources.

Not sure where the dtan ma region is but depending on how much you want to spend books 5, 6 and maybe 4 of jade reagent take place in Tien and may offer some ideas even though it's an AP. Plus you can always look at real world Japanese myths and history.
