Kind of a weird question, but if someone could help

I have this game
Palace of the Vampire Queen 5e

Okay, so there is this player, and he created a character for the game, and then immediately disappeared, so after a few days of not hearing from him I removed him as a player from the game

Then, he came back (he had some personal issue, or something like that) and wanted back in the game but with a new character, and I said okay.

But now, even though he is posting, and shows up as a player in the player tab, the game does not update for him in his list of campaigns.

Is there something I can do to fix this for him?

Check the "Active" checkbox next to his name in the campaign options.

Well, he says he did not. He tells me the campaign is listed in "his campaigns" it just never shows new post updates

I apologize we weren't able to get to your issue last week. Please note that we are out of the office after 5PM Pacific time and on weekends. I've gone ahead and performed a reset on the player's status in the campaign. I'd suggest he try posting again with his character alias and it should populate back in again. If he's still having trouble, he should email us at [e-mail] and we'll investigate further.
