Hi, this order still hasn't been delivered. I have had a more recent subscription pack delivered (Order 3387923) but the November pack hasn't yet arrived.
While you are looking into my account I would like to cancel my subscriptions also;
Adventure Path: Cancel after Iron Gods 6 ships.
Cards: Cancel after Tech Deck ships.

Currently we are about 26 business days into the estimate of 9-36 business days. Sometimes packages can fly through the system and sometimes they can take the full shipping estimate and unfortunately we don't have a way to tell if it missing or just delayed until the full 36 days are up. If it hasn't shown up by Friday January 16th let us know and we can set up a replacement.
The subscriptions should cancel after the upcoming January shipment.

I'm sorry to hear that didn't make it! I've set up replacements to ship with your pending subscription order (#3422973). You should get an updated order confirmation email.
It looks like the new authorization attempt on the card was good, so it should be able to ship as soon as the warehouse gets to it in this month's queue.
