I missed my chance to make an aasimar before the dead line. Question is besides conventions, how are the other ways to receive this boon?

That is the only way if you missed the deadline but from my understanding that boon isn't in the current convention boons yet.

I figured as much, I wanted to make either an oracle/cleric or paladin.

Look for the "Boon Trading Thread" on this forum.

There currently aren't any Aasimar boons in rotation, if you want one your best bet is to check on the Boon Trading Thread.
