Order 3312731 - Why does it say needs valid payment?

There's some sort of message now on my order that says that it needs a valid shipping method. What is wrong with the credit card that I gave at the time of order? It should still be valid. If you need a different credit card number how do I send that to you. Please let me know.

I've passed this over to our tech team to investigate further. In the meantime, try reentering the card on your order history. If it still doesn't work, give us a call Monday - Friday 10am-5pm PST and we can process it over the phone.


How do I reenter my card? When I go into my order history there is nowhere to click. I've tried clicking on the error messages or the payment information or looking for a button but it's just a static page listing the information about my order.


Is there a way to re-enter my credit card against the order? How is that done? There doesn't seem to be any option under the order history.
