I placed this order on the 5th October and it's still processing, can I get an update? I've emailed but gotten no reply.
I also asked about adding an item onto the order; I have the option to add what's in my cart to the same shipment in the shipping options, but in the confirm order section it shows as a separate shipment (which for an international order is more expensive instead of combining). Is there some way to fix this?

We shipped it out on October 28th with a 12-20 business day estimate for shipping (so it should have arrived by now). Can you review the order in your order history and make sure the address looks correct? If there is any issue with the address, please email us at customer.service@paizo.com, otherwise confirm by email or reply to this thread if it correct. Once you review & correct or confirm the address we can set up a replacement for you.
