Character Add on Expansion

I ordered Pathfinder the adventure card game: Skull and Shackles along with the Character add on and 2nd adventure expansions. I received everything in good order except the two expansion boxes had already been pried open. Fortunately the shrink wrap was still on so I wasn't overly concerned. Then as I started breaking the shrink wrap the 2nd adventure deck was okay but the character expansion had two duplicate decks. Specifically the second deck. I don't have any of the characters or anything that goes with it. I have duplicates of spells, armor, items and blessings. How do I go about getting that first deck and who do I send/how do I send this back?

I was/am really excited to begin playing this game and have waited patiently for a few weeks for the order to finally arrive. Please help.

I'm not finding an order on your account, so I'm guessing that you purchased this through a different retailer.

If that is the case, then your first step should be go to go the original retailer for an exchange for replacement. They should then be able to get a replacement or credit from their distributor, who then gets a replacement or credit from us.

If the retailer is unwilling or unable to assist you for some reason, please let us know, and we'll see what we can do to assist you further.
